No17 on Mile16 is a self-catering holiday home located in the Mile16 Private Beach Estate in the coastal village of Yzerfontein on the South African West Coast. The house has direct access to the beach and is within walking distance from the popular restaurant “Die Strandkombuis”.

– 50% deposit to secure a booking
– Balance payable before arrival
– Only payment by EFT accepted

– Cancellation policy:
• 3 months before stay 90% of deposit is refundable
• 1 month before stay 60% of deposit is refundable
• 2 weeks before stay 30% of deposit is refundable
• Less than 2 weeks before stay 0% of deposit is refundable
Directions
45min drive from Cape Town Waterfront, following the R27 West Coast road direction Veldrift
• Pass Milnerton, Blouberg, Melkbos and look out for the Yzerfontein / Darling intersection
• Turn left and follow the road for +/- 9km into Yzerfontein
• At the 4-way stop turn right and follow the road until you find the entrance gate to Mile16
